I’m heading to Sydney this weekend for the first ever Aussie Bloggers Conference – excitement. I will be able to meet all those lovely bloggers face to face, who have been helping me along the way this past year. (Yes, yayness my blog is a year old and still going!)
And being the social media addict that I am, I was very happy to hear today that there will be wi-fi at the venue – so tweeting away!!! If you are not attending you can share the love, tweets will most probably be pouring out of the conference room, you can find them tagged #ausblogcon2011 failing that just hit the link for my twitter feed (over on the right) and check it out. There is also a Flicker feed happening here.
So how will my fellow bloggers recognise me? I’ll be the chick with the shaggy red hair and the look of glee upon my face, why the look of glee? Because I won’t have one single child with me, not one. For at least 8 hours nobody is going to expect me to wipe bodily fluids from their various orifices – unless this conference gets really FUNKAY. It may take me half the conference to stop speaking in baby talk however, so don’t get freaked out if I greet you by asking if you’ve got your happy pants on today, and would you like a bikkit? Now please excuse me, I need to go pot pot.

I’ll be the one racing around frantically and getting on and off the stage at various times. You won’t miss me, I’ll be the freaked out looking one, trying not to swear on stage!

I’m so sorry not to remember you..I was on the meet and greet team and the morning signing bloggers up was a bit of a blur….I was born and bred in Goulburn, my family are still there. My husband and I moved to Central Qld 14 years ago….I just went back to Goulburn for 2 days after the conference..I wish I had known you were there, I would have called!!!!
